If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem,
without you having to send anything back.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy first:
--Special period for these months. when sending face masks may result in tariff through any delivery company. All our product prices are no included the tax.
--Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
--Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
--Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems, if notified in 5 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 15 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace them with new ones and ship them back to you.
3. Return and partial refund
cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not the exactly ones in your picture”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be”
“I am not satisfied with this product” without a reasonable cause
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
4. How to return
--Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
--Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
--Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
--Send all items back to us using the label provided
