ORDERS

  • If the order has incorrect information, can I change them at this time?  If you have made an error in your order details, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you! 
  • When will I be charged for my order?  Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. 
  • How can I track my order?  You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information after delivery.Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Can I cancel or change my order once it has been shipped?  No, once your order has been shipped, it's unable to alter or cancel the order. We start processing orders immediately after they are shipped to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!
  • I just placed my order, when will it ship?   Your order will be shipped China Post unless you select the Express Service. Please allow 2 business day for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8-14 business days*. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. HawLander.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong items?  Please provide the order number and item's pictures, contact us as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING

  • What methods of shipping do you offer?  We offer standard ground [China Post -Free ] and express shipping [ DHL&FedEx -Fee charge ]. Please allow 2 business day for order processing and note that holidays are not included in the estimated delivery times.
  • If i'm not at home when my package is expected to arrive, what should I do?  Orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not at home. We suggest that you can use your work address as the shipping address to ensure you receive your package.
  • The tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?  Please check if there is a missed call or check with your surrounding neighbors to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. If you are still unable to locate your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • If you choose to order from Amazon, Amazon will be responsible for arranging shipment soon. If you are an Amazon Prime member, you can enjoy more faster speed.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • What is HawLander's return policy?  All the product that is purchased on our website (excluding promotional or sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags.
    • I’m want to return my recently purchased product, what should I do? If you would like to return a product, please fill out our contact form. Select order returns as your subject line and please be sure to include your order number. We ask that customers arrange the return shipping of the product back to our nearest warehouse.Once our warehouse has received and processed the return,we will refund your original method of payment for the cost of the product. *** Please note that *** : You are responsible for shipping the original item back to our warehouse, and the associated shipping expenses.  We suggest using a service that provides tracking as HawLaner is not liable for lost shipments. 
    • I’m want to exchange my recently purchased product, what should I do?  Just like the returns. Once our warehouse has received and processed the return, we will place your order for the new item. You will receive a shipping confirmation email again which will contain your order’s tracking information after delivery.Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.

    •  30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason. You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
    • 6-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues.  We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.
    • When does the warranty begin?  It begins the day you place your order.
    • How do I claim the warranty?  If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request on the product’s support page, or contact us at service@hawlander.com
    • Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced? The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
